It will not; the back-up camera is up at the top of your Forest River Forester motorhome, so the Roadmaster spare tire carrier will not block the view at all, it will be perfectly clear. The correct part number for that spare tire carrier is the following:

There are no stake pocket spare tire carriers for a trailer that fit a 5" wide x 1-1/2" deep stake pocket. For a spare tire carrier on your Lowe's trailer you'll need to get one that clamps onto the frame/tongue, the Flint Hill Goods Spare Tire Carrier # FHG57ZR.
The # FHG57ZR clamps around frames up to 3" wide x 5" tall and has a 100 lb weight capacity, which is more than enough for the tires on your trailer. view full answer...
The weight is just 19 lbs for the Demco spare tire carrier for trailer tongues; it also comes in your choice of silver or black in color (the weight is the same for each):
- Silver: Demco Spare Tire Carrier for up to 4" Trailer Tongue # DM15851-52
- Black: Demco Spare Tire Carrier for up to 4" Trailer Tongue # DM15851-76
As for mounting, it does need to be mounted vertically so the weight is centered on the carrier itself as opposed to on the mounting hardware.

No it cannot as it is for 2" x 3" trailer tongues; for a swing away spare tire carrier you'd need the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender # Y02483 and etrailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # e98ZR. view full answer...
While there isn't an individual high-mount spare tire carrier and lock set, you can add a wheel lock to go with the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier - Fits 4- and 5-Lug Wheels # FSTC1000301.
Assuming you have 1/2" wheel bolts, all you need is the Wheel Lock Set for 1/2" Wheel Bolts # RG01-150. view full answer...
There is not a replacement rectangular piece of metal that holds the wheel in place for your bumper-mounted spare tire carrier. There is nothing I am aware of that can be used as some sort of alternative, the only option that I know will work is to replace the carrier with the Ultra-Fab Folding Spare Tire Carrier # UF15-954730 or Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier - U-Bolt Mount # TR-1. view full answer...
We have a number of different options that may allow you to carry a spare tire, but nothing that is designed to fit a frame that is 4" wide x 6" tall. The best option may be the Rack'em Spare Tire Rack for Enclosed Trailers # RA-16.
This is for enclosed trailers but may work for you if you have the space. I have added a link to a video review I recommend checking out.
The other option isn't on your trailer but would be if your tow vehicle had a front-mounted hitch; you would then be able... view full answer...
The Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier for A-Frame Trailers # CC-255 is a nice option but if you do not have the tongue weight room, I do have a couple potential options for you. But, we do not have a cargo rack designed to mount to your trailers bumper and place it above your spare tire.
There is the Surco Spare-Tire-Mounted Cargo Basket # SPSJ4319 which will mount to your spare tire mount if it is attached to your trailer and not an aftermarket bumper or hitch mounted spare... view full answer...
I googled some photos and it looks like the backup camera on your 2021 Roadtrek is up near the roof; if that's the case then there will be no interference with it when you use the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195225. view full answer...
There are plenty of options for spare tire carries that can work for a cargo trailer but zero made specifically for the side of a cargo trailer so you probably saw some type of custom job. That's not something we can offer so you have to go with a traditional one on your frame like the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FHDSTC0101. view full answer...

The Demco # DM15853-76 Spare Tire Carrier is constructed of powder-coated steel that could indeed be bolted or welded directly to the trailer frame. The carrier won't bolt to a frame member 6 inches tall, so you would need to weld it in place. view full answer...

Thanks for the kind words about the website, and you mentioned 1-1/2" hitch for your CR-V, but I believe you meant 1-1/4" as there isn't actually a 1-1/2" hitch made. And while there isn't a carrier for a 1-1/4" hitch, there is 1-1/4" to 2" hitch adapter so you can use the Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier - 2" Hitch # e98ZR.
What you can do is use the Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HTAD.
It's important to note though that the use of any adapter reduces the capacity... view full answer...
In order to find the right spare tire holder for your pontoon boat trailer you can take a measurement of the bolt pattern. I have attached a helpful article that explains how to take the measurement.
Once you determine what the bolt pattern is on your wheel you can check out the attached link for the spare tire holders we offer. One of the carriers we offer is the Fulton Hi-Mount, part # FSTC1000301. This will work with wheels that have a 4 on 4 or a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, and fits... view full answer...
There is no way to lock the Lippert RV Spare Tire Carrier with Winch # LC159041 as it ships from the factory. You would need to weld on a tab which would allow you to use a Pin # 37201211 by drilling a hole through the tab and shaft for the winch. We do have a Replacement Winch # LC159056 you can use to replace your current winch since the internal brake is not holding the tire in place. Lippert does note with these to not over crank or use any power tools to raise/lower the tire as that... view full answer...
Using a longer ball mount doesn't usually reduce the capacity because it's a single piece installed into the hitch.
An extender like the # HE06 is different, because it 1) increases the length between the receiver and the load which increases the leverage but also primarily because 2) Adding the additional piece will cause the whole assembly to bounce more which compounds the leverage to a huge degree by adding more force.
When using the extender, your tongue weight capacity of the hitch... view full answer...
